Since the 90s, I’ve worked at the intersection of design, data, and delivery. What began as an interest in 3D modelling evolved into a career focused on using structured workflows, technology, and clear process to bring order to projects that often suffer from miscommunication, delays, and cost overruns.
In 2018, I founded Digital Design Construction Solutions (DDC), and later Survey 2 Plan (S2P), to develop and implement structured systems that improve project visibility, coordination, and control. I’ve spent years configuring digital tools, defining workflows, and leading strategy for multidisciplinary teams across the built environment—ensuring what’s designed gets delivered with fewer errors, lower risk, and stronger returns.
In 2023, after reviewing the patterns across dozens of projects, I began shaping a new offering. Not another consultancy, not a digital transformation service—but a specialist oversight role for developers and investors. A service grounded in industry standards like ISO 19650, but focused on real outcomes:
- Reducing risk
- Preventing profit erosion
- Creating structured, data-rich environments that support better decisions
This isn’t about buzzwords or frameworks—it’s about making sure the right decisions are made at the right time by the right people, with access to the right information. That’s where my work sits.
This isn’t a solo act. I run two established businesses and two startups, all built around one belief: that structured thinking, clarity, and the right people make complex work possible.
I'm known for being clear-headed, direct, and obsessed with efficiency—traits shaped not only by professional experience but also by necessity. I'm a co-parenting dad, manage time with precision, and rely on a tight team of specialists where deep technical skill is required. I’m INTJ by type, creative by nature, and structured by design.
The people I work with don’t just want things done—they want them done properly, strategically, and with accountability. That’s where I fit.
I work with project sponsors, developers, and leadership teams to bring structure to the front end of complex projects—before inefficiency, scope creep, or data issues drain value. My role is tailored, but always focused on the same result:
Clarity, control, and confidence in the delivery process.
I’m not a project manager, and I don’t replace in-house teams. I operate alongside senior decision-makers to ensure strategy aligns with execution, using structured methods and real-world experience to reduce noise, cost, and uncertainty.
I ask better questions. Not just “Is this being done?” but “Is this being done in a way that protects your margin?”
I integrate, I don’t interfere. My presence brings strategic alignment without disrupting the flow of delivery teams.
I translate between silos. Developers, designers, and contractors don’t always speak the same language—I do.
I don’t wait to be told there’s a problem. I look for weak spots early—because if something’s going to cost you money, I’d rather surface it now, not in the snagging phase.
The outcome?
Less firefighting.
More informed decisions.
Reduced rework, risk, and reputational exposure.
